Coin of Clans Account Deletion

You cannot recover your account when you permanently delete it, please make your choice carefully. Once you submit the application form, all game data, including acquired items, earned and purchased currency, game progress and more, cannot be recovered. The account will be permanently removed.

To verify that this action is being initiated by the account owner, kindly provide the required information accurately.

2 Delete Method

2.1 Open Coin of Clans on your phone.

2.2 Click on the menu icon in the upper right corner to open the personal information interface.

2.3 Click on the delete account button at the bottom of this interface to apply for the deletion of the account.

2.4 After deleting your account, your account information will be submitted to the game management backend. In order to avoid accidental deletion of your information, the game backend needs to conduct manual review. After verification, your game account will be permanently deleted, and we will not retain any of your information. Thank you for your support, and we hope you can support our game again next time. Thank you very much.

2.5 If you make a mistake and accidentally click on the request to delete your account, please send us an email within 2 days to cancel your application.Alternatively, follow our Facebook group and leave a message within the group.
